At checkout the customer picks a pickup point on the carrier's map or from a list.
The carrier map opens straight on pickup points in the country the order ships to.
With SPS the customer finds a pickup point or box by town or postcode; the list is refreshed daily.
If a DPD or SPS point cannot accept cash on delivery, checkout does not offer it and explains why.
If the carrier map does not load, checkout does not freeze and suggests trying again or home delivery.
Until the parcel has a tracking number, staff can change the pickup point in the order.
